Scope of work included excavation and removal of approximately 25,000 cubic yards of landslide material, installation of a three-tier sheet pile system for slope reinforcement, underground drainage system and placement of 25,000 tons of imported ½-ton riprap for slope protection. Caltrans contracted Redgwick to mobilize immediately in order to stabilize the hillside and prevent further failure onto Highway 84.
